I had the pleasure to have in my house Design consultant Joe Szefler. He took the time to explain the product in detail, answer our questions, customize the design to our needs, and provide us time to decide. We truly appreciate his service, respect, knowledge, and professionalism. I highly recommend his services. We have been looking for contractors to help us with our sunroom for a while, and Patio Enclosures was prompt to answer. We appreciated the sense of urgency and respect they demonstrated with their work ethics. We can't wait to see the entire project completed.

Joe S was very professional, easy to converse with. Very pleasant and personable. Not happy with the job of covering the posts and header. We feel it should have been done prior to installation of screening. Instead was done after and done in pieces.

I recently bought a home with a nice sunroom from Patio Enclosures. I noticed that I had a lock on one of the doors that was acting up, and in the last few weeks failed. I reached out looking for some help finding a replacement part, Jen was super helpful in locating the part I needed and arranging for me to get it quickly, so I was able to properly secure the door again. I believe this sunroom is 20 years old and is one of the highlights of out space so it is nice to know that we have a good company there to help with service as we may need it.
