The staff is very compassionate. I have taken numerous animals and always received the best care. I used a different vet before finding this vet clinic and was very unhappy with them. I was told I had to put down a 9 year old cat (who was stressed because I moved and only needed hydration after that he lived to 18 years old) and not given any other options. At Southtowns animal hospital they give all available options and treatments along with the option of doing hospice care or as a very last resort euthanization. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vet.

I've been taking my animals here for almost a decade. The staff, techs, and vets are always friendly, patient, kind, and knowledgeable. They take the time to answer all you questions (even if you are crying). They've seen me and my animals through tough times and good, and always help me make the best decisions on my animals' behalf. Can't recommend Southtowns Animal Hospital enough!

Dr.Jacobi and team were excellent with Gotti! They take the extra time with him being he is a very nervous guy when it comes to his visit. It is much appreciated! Dr. Jacobi is very thorough with her explanation of treatment for Gotti’s allergies. Thank you again I know Gotti appreciates your kindness and so does his mom and dad!

Professionals that treated my dog like their own. UPDATE: I'm not in a financial position to bring my two dogs in to be seen for a wellness exam that cost over $600 total instead trying to just be preventative and have them take simparico trio. The vet denied my request for simpatico trio. They are requiring them to come in and me spend the additional 600 plus dollars. Just seems like a moneymaker as they are up on their required rabies vaccination. I saved up to buy the $800 worth of preventive medication but I don't have 1500 plus dollars to pay for the vet that looks at them and tells me they are fine. I highly recommend not wasting your time and money. Good vet who cares but it seems like it's just all about money at this point.

I have had the opportunity to see all four vets at Southtowns since moving to this area 1 1/2 years ago. They are all incredibly kind and caring, as are the techs and office staff. Wonderful group and they are willing to work within your budget to give your pet the care it needs.i have to add that when I was in for a recheck last weekend, the office staff mentioned a pet who had a problem and was seen twice in a short period. They did their absolute best to find a spot they could schedule this pet so it didn’t have to wait weeks to be seen. Amazing that they care about their clients so much.
