I can’t say enough good things about this veterinary practice. They are always responsive, caring, and attentive whenever I have a question or concern. It’s clear that they truly care about their patients and treat every pet with compassion and respect.

What I appreciate just as much is how they treat the owners. They are kind, understanding, and take the time to listen and explain things without ever making you feel rushed or dismissed. Knowing that my dog is in such caring and capable hands gives me great peace of mind.

I have been bringing my dog to Southtowns for awhile now after Orchard Park Veterinary Hospital recommended to take her there when she was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. My dog loves going there, doesn't get scared, and doesn't shake. The staff are so friendly and everyone who handles my dog is always so careful and kind, as if she was their dog. I would recommend anyone with a pet to take them there because they give your pet the same kind of love and care that you give them at home.
