took my cat here for a tail amputation and overall had a good experience. When we first set the surgery date, the nurse came back in and actually moved him up to a sooner date. I really appreciated that because it meant my cat wasn't going to be in pain for as long, and I appreciated them prioritizing that.
The price was fair and included a lot. Pre-op and post-op care, bloodwork, stool sample, vaccines, X-ray, medications, and they monitored him overnight. After surgery he had a slight fever, and instead of sending him home right away they told me to wait a couple more hours while they kept an eye on him, which I thought was responsible.
All the personnel are easy to talk to .Prices are good. The vets take the time to listen to any questions you have.Techs care about my animals..I have been going here for several years...and tell everyone I know to go here too !!
