I’ve been here about half a dozen times, prices are OK. Usually they do a decent job, I always get a gel pedicure. The last time I went, my nails were cut in a weird shape, the polish wasn’t covering the whole nail on most toes, and when I walked out and drove home I noticed that the edges were extremely rough. I went right back to ask them to fix it (I didn’t want to mess up the polish trying to do so myself) and I was told I should have gotten the more expensive pedicure (I’d just done basic - with gel that’s already 55 plus tip, and I didn’t want callouses removed etc, just the nails cleaned up and polished). I had a basic pedicure, no polish (as I usually do). Website says a basic pedicure is $30 - it is actually $35 (not including tip). The buffing of callouses was done well; otherwise this would have been one star. Cutting of the toenails: absolutely terrible. I have the pictures to prove how unevenly the nails are cut, how rough the edges are. I even had to protest once that he was hurting me (when cutting) - so it was the opposite of relaxing. He used an electric file which I have never seen done before, and it left the edges of my nails chewed up. It was a man who did it.
