The curbing that I paid for does looks nice so far, BUT they made it bump out larger than we asked for, and the neighbor is upset because it is on his property. We asked them to come back to check it out, and his response was that he was not a surveyor and to read my contract. To look at the property the fence line was right there. They want to charge us the same price to correct it vs. installing the whole area the first time! So that would be double to correct the mistake. I’m so disappointed. I was so excited about getting curbing. We had them come out for an estimate and then scheduled to have it down. My husband and Nick did discuss colors during our estimate as we wanted the curbing to match the concrete patio we have already. We did not specify an exact color name, just asked it to match what we have. They show up to do the work, we went over everything and found out there was a huge miscommunication in the color of the concrete.
