An EXCEPTIONAL company in every respect. We used William Rott roofing about 30 years ago for a new roof, and were pleased with the work done by that company. But Klaus Roofing of WNY set a new standard of excellence. The price was extremely reasonable, especially considering the amount of work involved. It was an amount less than expected for more work done. More importantly, the level of professionalism is remarkable. We've had numerous contractors working on projects in the neighborhood at an almost continous rate over the past several years. I didn't have my roof done by them yet but I called and they sent someone out same day. I had Paul a roofing expert and someone shadowing him. He was very thorough kind and educational. Once I get my roof done I will be sure to update but I feel secure in their hands. They have a nail promotion that you get a dollar for every nail you find up to $100 and if you dont find any the employees get the $100? That's how much they guarantee they dont leave a nail mess which was a HUGE issue with the last place that did our roof. They also have a patented way of doing things thats got I Believe a 50 year warranty. I'll have to double check on that one but I really left confident...read full review

My husband and I needed a roof replacement and were extremely satisfied with Klaus Roofing. The Sales Inspector, Kenton J., was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Once the work was scheduled, the Project Manager, Steven D., went above and beyond with making sure that everything was done to perfection. There was an issue with finding our new skylights that opened and Steven found them since only the fixed-style were available. He put in long hours and left only after his crew cleaned, packed up and left making sure everything was to our satisfaction. We will definitely use Klaus for future projects.Services: Skylight installation
