Came home on new years to find my house was cold , it was 9pm and called Collin’s left message and a text was sent with in minutes that they would be out first thing in the morning . I made a few other calls and received the same response from them . Nervous that my house was getting cold fast I figured I’d go with who ever called me first in the morning , another heating contractor called me first so I called Collins and canceled and when the service tech came in, it seemed like all they wanted to do was sell me a furnace. I have some experience and I knew it was the blower motor I was quoted a crazy amount of money and I paid the service fee for them coming out.... read full review

The day after Christmas, house was at 50. Call them to look at the boiler. Dave was at the house in 30 minutes, need a new boiler. Called at 915am, at the house 945am, new boiler and heat by 230pm. Thank you again.
