I didn't think to get the guy's name, but he was very professional and fun to chat with on the drive back to my service center this morning. My service center informed me that the flatbed would take about an hour to get to me, but it was more like 15-20 minutes. My car is back on the road and all is good. I very much appreciate this service helping me out.
