Chem-Dry sent Joe to my house, and he was fantastic. He told me everything he was going to do, he did what he promised, asked me to inspect his finished work, touched up one small thing for me, then cleaned up all his tools and one little water drip and went on his way. He worked so fast that he charged me less than the estimate. He was friendly, thoughtful, helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient.
Joe even called me in halfway through to see the different color of the clean half of the floor and let me take pictures!... read full review

We have used Chem-Dry for many years because we like the healthier cleaning process and they provide reliable and trustworthy service. Today, John came and was prompt, efficient and thorough. I could not believe how long since my last carpet cleaning - BEFORE the Coronavirus shut down!!! Can you believe that was over 5 years ago!
I'm glad I got it done. My house smells GREAT, it's no longer musty smelling!!! Alan S., was a gentleman. He was kind, considerate and did a thorough job. I'll be calling today to schedule an appointment for my mother's house! I had about a total of 1200 square feet done with deodorizing and stain protection. 5+ rooms and stairs. About $650. A DEAL!
