I have been a few times and have always been addressed as soon as I walk in, asked to sign in, and given an estimate of how long the wait is. As they do not take appointments I am well aware that wait times can fluctuate. Knowing this, be patient these ladies work hard and you can see often they take 2 clients at a time. I recently had baby lights and a cut. The woman that did my hair listened, explained how we would achieve my look and got started. I loved my hair upon leaving and was very satisfied. When I went to wash and style my own hair at home, I noticed a few of the highlights were a bit thicker than I prefer. I called and the staff at bangs promptly accomidated...read full review

It's amazing to have a place that you don't have to have an appointment to get your hair done at especially with working 60+ hours a week. Jessica did a great job on my bayalage and hair cut.

Wonderful place. No apt needed. Taken immediately. Had Jessica cut my hair...did a FANTASTIC job! My hair is VERY thick...many do not like cutting it. Rush. Jessica took her time....texturized it...kept going over & over until perfectly cut. I will def. be going back to Bangs at sogate plaza!!!
