Great South Bay Family Practice

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this doctor’s office. It was clear from the start that they had no interest in helping me with my worker’s compensation case. The process has been dragged out for almost four months, and I’ve been left in pain and without proper care. The doctor even told me directly that he was retiring soon and didn’t really want to deal with a worker’s comp case — something I found unprofessional and disheartening.
To make matters worse, when I recently called to follow up about my case and the needed authorization, the receptionist actually laughed about it. There is nothing funny about being in pain and getting the runaround for months while just trying to get the help you need.
This experience has been frustrating, disrespectful, and completely lacking in compassion. I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking genuine care or professionalism, especially if you are dealing with a worker’s compensation claim.

I go and see Dr. Jasmine for primary care, and it's always a pleasant experience. They take my insurance, the wait times are usually good, and the staff is all pretty nice. They have check in kiosks now which are super helpful!

I have been a patient of Dr. Ebarbs for at least 20 years. I love him, the BEST doctor in the practice. He is always spot on with his diagnosis.
The ladies, ESPECIALLY Evelyn are kind to me, and offer me assistance as I am disabled. All the ladies at the front desk are kind and I have never had trouble.
I don't know where others are saying bad things about the ladies, but as for me, the are top notch.

If Dr Zotto is not avalibal I would like to see dr burke or the nurse praction

Ever since switching to this practice out of my pediatrician I have never felt more disrespected, mistreated and uncared for by medical staff. Dr Burke could not care less about any of my concerns because I am a healthy looking young woman. After years of autoimmune issues, reoccurring bouts of illness, and multiple hospitalizations I have to call multiple times for simple approvals of prescriptions. After doing telehealth call after my 5th round of mononucleosis he said "what do you want me to do?". I have had to take my healthcare into my own hands and cannot wait to pull out of this practice once I switch to my company's insurance. The only decent doctor here was Dr Shah and now she's gone. Don't even get me started on the desk staff-- rude, short, make all communications drawn out and laborious like you are asking them to do the hardest task in the world. Good. Riddance. I cannot wait to be done with this place.

12 years no wellness check. 2x a year for medication for chronic condition. A year and a half of chemo, radiation, two major surgeries, a prognosis of a horrible death. Murder. Catholic Health does not supervise its doctors.

Dr James is a very professional and caring doctor

Excellent service. Dr. Zotto really listens and explains medical issues and bloodwork results clearly. He helps coordinate healthcare and makes referrals.
