Since I moved to Rockland County, I have been going to the clinic. My doctor was Dr. Gina ❤️❤️❤️. After she left I’ve been seen by Dr. Gurniak. Dr. Patty is great person. Wonderful doctors.
I have my concern about one of the front desk worker. I don’t know her name, she is from the Philippines. She is nasty, rude and make feel uncomfortable the way she talks to you.
I always have a great experience with Filipino medical staff in every hospital. But she is the exception. She should be retrained or else.
The rest of the staff are ok.
I’ve been going here for years, the doctors are very good and extremely knowledgeable. However the ladies at the front desk seriously need customer service etiquette, more specifically Alice. She can be extremely rude and snobby and gives off this attitude like you’re bothering her and she’s doing you a HUGE favor. It’s LITERALLY her job to help and I shouldn’t feel like I am burden especially when I’m not feeling well. Please retrain or rehire your front desk staff to have more empathy and compassion.
I feel bad for the people who had negative feelings about this place because that was never my experience anytime i went. I was an hour late for an appointment i called to inform them and they were very accommodating. The ladies up front are polite and helpful. Dr. Kenneth Okere is quite proficient at what he does.
