My doctor is very knowledgeable. Referrals need a better system than the telephone prompt. I see I need to start asking for a referral a month in advance, and it still takes several weeks to get it. An online ticketing system, with updated status, would make a tremendous difference.
Save yourselves time and aggravation and don’t visit this office. My current experience with this office sounds very surreal because I have been their patient for many years and never had any issues. And if you asked me a few years ago, I wouldnt have imagined it would come to this point where I would be forced to write this negative review. However, recently the situation spiraled out of control. I have requested two call backs from Dr Burg in the last month, but the lack of a response and the couldn’t care less attitude at this office is deafening silence. I spoke to one of your receptionists on Monday and she said someone will call me back. What happened?

A joke of a medical office. Simply a zoo. Your calls will never be answered, you will never get a nurse or doctor's assistant on the phone, everyone is always on vacation or working flex hours which make them unavailable, your voice messages take days for a response, you might as forget about getting good medical care. I am currently a sleep apnea patient with Dr. Horng; I constantly have trouble getting any following up with the latest incident being that no one sent my prescription to the supply fulfillment company after my annual checkup.
