“I have been searching for a facial that also included a massage because I couldn't decide if I wanted a facial or a massage for my birthday and I didn't want to have to go to two different places and I found Cloud 9. I read the review and I got excited to try it. I was a bit worried because what if the reviews were not true or what if it didn't suit my standards? I made an appt with Yelitza through Helene who was away but still managed to text me and schedule something for me. When I walked in, I was greeted by a very relaxing ambiance and inviting clean and soothing smell. I was happy to see that they don't allow shoes inside the studio. This made me so happy because hygeine is important to me. Yelitza came to get me at the front waiting area. She was so sweet, kind and very warm. So I laid down on a heated bed in a calm and serene room. She gave me a thorough, deep and heavenly 30 minute back massage to start off. Then followed by over an hour relaxing and cleansing facial ( she extracted impurities and not just lathered my fave with cream). What I love about this experience was that she was massaging my neck and head while waiting for thr serim/cream to absorb on my skin. Most places I have been to, they leave you for 15 minutes and come back when your face is ready after the steam. Not Yelitza. She never left me so I felt that the over and hour service I paid for was really an hour and not 20 minutes because she was literally by my side all through out. She also never intruded my peace and quiet but only talked to me when I talked to her. She had great bedside manners. I loved my experience here and will make this my annual birthday treat for myself but will definitely go back for my regular facials.Thank you so much!!!“
“I had the most fantastic experience at Nathaly's salon for eyebrow threading and full-leg wax service. Nathaly is super friendly and also incredibly thorough in her work. She takes her time to ensure perfection.She provides relaxing music throughout the session. It was so calming that, during the leg waxing, I found myself almost dozing off. Nathaly's attention to detail and gentle approach made the experience surprisingly enjoyable.After threading my eyebrows, Nathaly surprised me with an amazing massage around the brows and forehead. “At first I was afraid of laser hair removal because my freinds had experience’s where it was just a waste of money and the laser itself was very painful. I gave Med Beauty Spa a shot because the sessions were reasonably priced and the lady who runs the place Rachel guaranteed results. I can say after only 3 sessions my hair’s gone almost by 50 percent and I am really happy with the results. Rachel is super sweet and the best part is the Laser is almost pain free. I started with one body part and have now added more (eventually plan to do full body). 10/10 Recommended!!“

The staff is beyond superb and attentive meeting any needs and constantly made aware of what was going on during coloring. I was very relaxed when leaving and beyond pleased with my haircut and coloring and felt 30 years younger. The compliments haven't stopped. People that I work with took double takes when they first saw me and that is basically what I was hoping for and Selena was amazing and I felt very confident in her decisions.
