Dr Xing is a lovely person and top-notch doctor. She is both friendly and professionally thorough. She explained all she was observing during my examination and answered all my questions. I definitely would recommend her.
This time I was disappointed in the communication of the front desk. I arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment and asked if it is possible for me to see the doctor early. They said they will send a message to the doctor and checked me in. I waited for an hour . The other person at the front desk told me I will wait a while. My doctor who I really like told me that she didn’t receive any message. I really wish they can work on the communication skills more.
You Must tell people where you are: and it is EAST. Did you not know the address is the same for east and west? Did you know that many people are left off at the wrong place and their driver, or taxi, drives away? So fix this oversight so new patients won’t have the wrong impression of your interest in patient care.
