HORRIBLE customer service. Not sure who I spoke with on the phone but he was VERY rude and incredibly disrespectful. I was thinking of transferring my child to this practice but he made my experience terrible. He should not be working in that office or any job where he has to speak to people because he is just a nasty individual. His demeanor was borderline harassing and was very unpleasant to speak with. They need a new person in that office speaking to patients, a person who is able to help instead of degrade and embarrass.

Ever since they switched to Optum Pediatrics this office has been HORRIBLE! The doctors and nurses are great but trying to get in touch with the office is very difficult and then also this company charges you for EVERYTHING! I'm being charged 20 bucks for answering questions, that was what they told me they now charge for questionnaires on your child. We will be finding a different doctor

I have been using this medical group since my first child was born 17 years ago. On Halloween, my son had a massive asthma attack and I called the office asking for a steroid. Dr. McNally called me personally and when I told him my son couldn't breathe and I was super worried, he told us to come right over. It turns out the office was closed already and he and one of the nurses stayed late to care for us. In the 17 years that I've been using this group, I have found that they always go out of their way for their patients. I change doctors like underwear and this is the only place I've been going for this many years. I love all of the doctors, nurses and support staff and I am a tough person to please. I expect the best service and I expect pediatricians to go above and beyond. These doctors always do. I highly recommend them.

It's absurd that they don't bother with walk-ins anymore, and make everyone navigate a system that is frustrating. They rely so much on the system that their receptionist service tanked. I haven't had one smooth experience with it, and they refuse to work with you unless you suffer it.

We like the doctors here, but ever since Optum has taken over, making appointments is painful and they triple book everything. My husband called to make a well visit appointment for my 3 year old. An Optum answering service took the call, not the office staff. They offered him a same day appointment, which is unheard of for well visits, but ended up making an appointment for early next month. Only to have Optum call back today cancelling the appointment because it won't have been a full 365 days since her last well visit, only 350 days. Why didn't the original person know that when making the appointment in the first place?? And what would we have done if we took that same day appointment? Driven all the way there to be told we can't be seen? Always a hassle. Time for a new office.

The doctors are good most of them but the staff and nurses are horrible!!! My 14 month old daughter everytime she goes there has the worst panic attack we went for blood work and vaccines and the nurse told me to hold my daughter down so she can take her blood! She’s not a psych ward patient that needs to be held down and the rubber band that went around her arm cut off her circulation her arm was red as a tomato she was so traumatized I will never go back. These are children u need to treat them like children and make them feel comfortable. This has been a few times where the nurses don’t treat the child like they should. When I called in the winter bc she had a 103 fever for 2 days the staff told me to wait it out yeah we waiting it out and winded up in the emergency room with bad case of Covid! When I brought it to their attention next time we had a visit they said it was protocol to wait 3 days bc fevers usually go down, so ur telling me u won’t see my child till after 3 days of having a 103 degree fever , very very unprofessional and disgusting they wouldn’t see my sick child bc it’s protocol

Went to our first doctor’s appointment with our 4 and a half day old baby. Such a beautiful entrance that led to a calm, quiet and good energy/ atmosphere office. The nurse and doctor were absolutely great with our son. Made him feel safe and comfortable. 100% recommend this office to any newborn parents.
