One Price Dry Cleaners

I dropped off a jacket, dresses and sweaters 7 items. Upon picking up my clothing, a young woman said my jacket went out for special cleaning. Had a hot pink ticket attached, was asked to come back a couple of days later, never got it. They claim they did give it back, l checked everywhere where I have my blazers and sweaters. Nothing. Not going back to them. Ever.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Dropped shirts off for my dad since he is currently injured. I requested that they be ready by Thursday AM as we were leaving for CT for my sisters wedding and he needed the shirts to wear that weekend. I sent my husband to pick them up and he checked the ticket, which had our last name printed on it, and as we were arriving to our hotel 3 hours away, we got a call stating that they mixed up the tickets and believed we had someone else's shirts...well we did have them and when my husband asked the girl how this happened she laughed. I know we didn't find it funny that my dad didn't have the clothes he needed for his daughters wedding weekend and I am sure that whoever's shirts we did have didn't find it funny either. We demanded a refund and the girl on the phone said she wouldn't be able to do that. We also told her that we intended on leaving this review and she didn't seem to be concerned about that either. We have been going here for 7 years and will absolutely never use this dry cleaner again.
