I contracted Wilson company to create a $1000.00 custom, acrylic case for my Minnesota business in MN. I came damaged/defective with zero damage to the FedEX shipped box. Denying any responsibility that their packing method - expandable foam- could have over expanded causing excess pressure and the failure or it was not quality controlled in the beginning, they started with a 10% discount of a new replacement, eventually 50% a new case but no more. This company does not stand behind their product. I received a $1000 specialty acrylic that was discovered broken upon removal from the shipping box. THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE IT for a warranty, but only a replacement at a 25% off. Be wary of this company.

I usually forget to give reviews but some places deserve to get a good review on time before they are forgotten. It’s my way of thanking them for their service and also sharing my experience with others. I needed clear Acrylic stands with different sizes. I looked everywhere but couldn’t find the ones and sizes I wanted; therefore, I decided to find a place where they could customize the stands for me. After a lot of searches, I found Wilson Moulding that they accept customized orders. Since the place is in New York and I live in California, I was worried that they might not accept my order but to just give it a try, I called them and they gladly accepted my order.... read full review
