“UDPATE: The owner reached out and was able to make things right. I'm happy to know the former tech is no longer a part of the store, which shows how much the owner cares for customer satisfaction. I was able to see another tech named Zoe, and she was amazing. I'm glad to be returning as a customer.

Got my lashes done here 3 weeks ago and had
a terrible experience. The tech ( i believe it was Vgee) was extremely rude to me over small things like me repositioning myself because I get neck pain while laying on certain pillows for an extended amount of time. And when I went to scratch my eye (before her starting my lashes) she made a comment that she would stop my service if I scratched my eye again. When I asked her why she was being hostile she started speaking in her language to another tech besides me ( which I assumed was her complaining about me). I was very confused by this experience because I had done nothing to provoke her behavior. I mentioned that I did not enjoy my experience when I was paying and the manager/owner did nothing to resolve the issue. Although I did like my lashes, customer service is big part of the experience and this place did not live up to the standard.“
