“Clean calm atmosphere. I've been twice now. The process was gentle both times. No painful tugging on the lashes or burning. The end results were not exactly what I was hoping for however it was still very pretty. After my first visit, i got the impression that the staff thought adding more lashes would be appreciated...i didn't say anything then. However, during my second visit, I reiterated the amount of lashes I preferred before they began; when I was still in the vestibule.
Just be mindful- if you are someone who values autonomy regarding decisions directly impacting you, be compassionately firm about your expectations upfront- as they tend to add more lashes than you ask for. This was done to me twice.
There wasn't an upcharge and again the results were pretty enough to tolerate.
I gave them 4 stars because I did not appreciate that decisions were made, twice, which disregarded my expressed preference- or at the very least, denying me the respect of a conversation to solicit my permission before adding more lashes.
I will be returning. However, im hoping for better communication for my next visit- as Ive already expressed my thoughts to a staff member, in person, immediately after my second visit. Fingers crossed.”
