“Let me start out by saying you are going to love your lashes when they are finished doing them. So natural looking and light weight you don’t feel like you have anything on your eyes. The only reason why I gave them 4 stars is because they force you to tip. They don’t even give you a chance to tip on your own they ask right away. I don’t like that. I paid 178 for my service and they said that I had to tip she said it’s usually 15% but I can customize the tip. WHAT???? I thought tipping was optional. I didn’t like that and this was my 3rd time here and all 3 times I was asked where is the tip“

“The stylists here are pleasant, profesional and welcoming! I’ve gotten a trim and silk press and my hair came out great. I was a little surprised at the density fee since I've never had to pay a fee like that before, but if I'm being honest that’s just the price of convenience when you have thick natural hair.“
