The team at DME put my mind at ease from the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by the Carolina and her team at the front desk. Over the course of my treatment I've had experiences with Dr. Cathie and most recently Dr. Roman. Even when I expressed my concerns with money and what treatments take priority according to my budget, they kindly presented me with my options and different ways to approach my treatment plan based on my needs. Today was a highlight with the quickness and ease of working with Dr. Roman and his assistant Brittney dealing with multiple areas but still resulting in little to no discomfort. I'm grateful for their team's kindness and warmth when assisting patients. I always feel like I am in exceptionally good hands.“
