I would love to give more stars as I do anticipate returning to Aroma but the few times I have received a pedicure here something always seems to go wrong. Either the gel polish chips or falls off within days or the most recent was my toenail broke the same day after I brought to her attention it may have needed to be fixed. But if you are looking for a relaxing spa pedicure they are good for that. I enjoy getting my pedicures here just not always satisfied with what happens when I leave but they are always willing to make it right so I will give them that as well!
I have been coming here a few times. I haven't had a complaint about them yet. They have the nail techs there and each do different things. Some girls there can do designs, tips and acrylic, while others can do basic pedicures and manicures. The place is clean. They use plastic lining for the pedicure tub. They have several different options to choose from for your pedicure needs. Hot stones and wax are included in all of them. Powder, gel, and refúgiale polish is used here. Staff is nice. I've been coming during the weekend which is a bit quieter.
They did an amazing job for my own nails as well as my sister and moms mani pedis. We all did gel polish and they had a great selection of colors. Even unique finishes like chrome! Incredibly sanitary with fresh mail file and sanitizer individual packets of tools. We will be coming back in the future. All of the staff were so helpful and patient.
