I would love to give more stars as I do anticipate returning to Aroma but the few times I have received a pedicure here something always seems to go wrong. Either the gel polish chips or falls off within days or the most recent was my toenail broke the same day after I brought to her attention it may have needed to be fixed. But if you are looking for a relaxing spa pedicure they are good for that. I enjoy getting my pedicures here just not always satisfied with what happens when I leave but they are always willing to make it right so I will give them that as well!

Although I had an appointment they took me 30 minutes later as the placed was PACKED! However... when the technician started she did a very good job-- Thrilled with how my pedicure looks! Yet the manicure left MUCH to be desired as the polish was old and thick-- (I brought my personal stash for the pedi).Will I go back? ABSOLUTELY! Even if for nothing more than the great prices!!!Services: Nail cut & filing

Amilee drilled into my cuticles and did a horrible job. She wasn’t paying attention at all, she was helping other customers and awnsering the phone while doing my nails. It took double the time it should of and she did a bad job on the paint, the acrylics were unevenly shaped. I have been going here for years but I never had amilee. I will continue going here but I will ask to not have amilee, I would like to have Miriam because she did an amazing job last time I had her.Services: Gel manicure
