Mitchell is incredible! I needed assistance on a Sunday evening to get my door unlocked and he arrived quickly and got the job done even faster! I’m so appreciative for his help especially so last minute. I would absolutely recommend his services and would use them again in the future!
Extremely knowledgeable and excellent workmanship. We had a piece missing from a very expensive lock set and he called the company himself to explain, and had them send him the piece to make sure it was correct instead of installing and us having problems later. Very punctual and a man of his word. Charged us a fair price for a smart lock and handle install on a thick iron door. Brusque, so not a great fit for those with a lot of questions or wanting to observe/watch the process.
I just want to give a shout out to Mitch for coming through for me at a time when I needed someone who care not only about doing a great job but also about the customer. Mitch not only did a great job but he also advised me to get better lost when I can for more security which I appreciate. Thank you so much for such a good experience.
