Actually they stole my $6,000 and they don't want to refund . suppose to convert oil to gas and they stole my $6,000 and still they don't want to do work, going court with them. Stay away from them , Specially from Santos

Last year I had a contractor finishing my basement and he recommended Abner Plumbing. The owner Jeff actually took out the time to go with me to the Town of Hempstead Building Dept to show me that he was filing for the proper permits. They replaced my hot water system and did a tune up on my boiler. Last night I had an issue with a gas leak which resulted in the fire department and National Grid coming out. They informed me that I needed a licensed plumber to come out and look at the boiler. The owner Jeff came immediately. He is extremely professional, patient and pleasant aside from the fact that he really does know what he’s doing. Abner Plumbing is the only company I’m comfortable with using!Services: Boiler installation

Abner Plumming and owner Jeffrey was a pleasure to work with. They were prompt and did a very neat job installing a new oil to gas conversion water heater. Would definitely recommend.Service: Water heater installation

We hired Jeff to do our restaurant's entire plumbing because we were building the place from scratch. He barely answers his phone when needed. Throughout the construction phase we were hit with covid and had to hold off while rent still had to be paid. When the town finally reopened it always took Jeff 3-5 phone calls for him to answer and get underway with the job. Failed our first inspection with him but luckily we passed the second one. The town was backed up with appointments so we had to wait for national grid to give us gas in the store. National Grid requested that the plumber needs to fill and send gas load letter. I called and told Jeff what National Grid said and he said to send a list of the equipment and the BTU's and he'll have it filled. After sending jeff the list he never responded. I tried contacting him for 2 weeks straight but he never answered a call or responded to texts. We had a sense of urgency and I even texted Jeff pleading with him to please sign the gas load letter and we will even pay more money if needed. He never responded. We ended up contacting another Plumber who took care of everything for us. That was our experience. Never will Jeff ever get my business again in the future. When friends and family from other businesses ask if I'd recommend our plumber, I tell them to stay a 10 foot pole distance away.
