When I contacted Baez Tile & Coping for an estimate, Bridget arrived when she said, measured everything and within a few days I had all my estimates delivered. And her office crew were on their game too. I knew from the start it was going to be a great choice.
The 3 guys that arrived(Pepe, Manny and Rudy) were incredibly talented, knowledgeable, efficient, communicative and friendly. No matter what questions I had, they reassured me and were always pleasant and respectful ! I had the coping lifted and reset, all new tiles replaced on the top 6 inches of the pool, and finished up with deck-o-seal between the coping and travertine pavers. Bridget and her crew are extremely professional. Bridget was very accommodating and whenever we had questions she was available. We had tiling repaired, coping reset with dec-o-seal and new bluestone placed in our spa overspill area in our gunite pool. We were told it would take approximately 2 days,however, Jose, Johnathan and Francisco worked very hard all day and finished everything in one day. After all of their work they cleaned everything up. The work looks great. After inspecting the work we notice something very minor that needed a little correcting. The team was so great, they returned very early the next morning and fixed it.
