I used to go to Blink, but after they’ve kept upping their prices, I’ve switched to PF and for only a little extra, you get so much more. It lives up to its judgment free zone model, as there is truly a diverse mix of people doing all sorts of stuff. I go mid-day and have never had issues with machine availability. Everything seems clean. Staff could be a little more attentive, but they are present. I love ending my workout with the water massage bed.

When I walk through the doors at the Babylon facility, I’ve developed a friendly relationship with all those behind the desk, Rodrigo, Louisa, and the rest of the cast. I greet them, and they greet me often with a brief chat, and a smile, making it enjoyable to go there. I like the fact that I never find it with too many people that it makes using any specific machine tiresome to wait my turn as there’s always something else I could do while waiting for a different station. It’s not that the facility is ever empty or lacking of people which adds to a certain social pleasure but that it’s not overcrowded and it’s a great environment for me to help me stay healthy,... read full review

The 5 AM staff is amazing! They create a warm and friendly atmosphere, and they are always professional. You can always see their faces because they are not constantly on their phones.
