My parents are buried here . Both have perpetual care . Each and every time I come , the plots is neglected . The one thing my mother asked for is not to have weeds growing on her grave. I complain each time , and they give me some excuse about their order of pruning or weeding. Outrageous!
They manicure the gravesites on the way to the building, and a few other highly visible rows. The rest is allowed to go to pot! Every single visit in 20 years has led to disappointment or outrage since they know there is nothing the family can do once their loved one is in the ground . One of thee most amazing and attenative cemeteries and staff that i have ever delt with. I have zero idea what the other reviews were about but i can tell you from personal experience that everything is handled and lightning speed if there’s any issues handled same second I have never ever dealt with anybody so responsive in my life thank you New Montifiore and staff
