I happened to find your page on a complete whim, as I am out of town. Unfortunately, a client of mine, His wife had passed away and I really wanted to send them something special to the funeral home. Your customer service was fantastic, and your arrangement really blew me out of the water. Every detail that I had mentioned, you listened to. I could not be more pleased. Thank you!
Before I begin my review I just want to clarify that this wonderful establishment is called Margie's Florist not Michael's Flowers. (maybe it used to be)We visit Margie's every 2 weeks to purchase flowers for our son's resting place at St. Charles' across the street. We've been going there since January and every time we go there we are treated wonderfully. We are treated with kindness and consideration. My wife and Margie have developed a sweet simpatico as they both share (as we all) the same pain of having lost a loved one.There are always fresh and beautiful flowers to select. Amazing service! Needed a bouquet sent to a funeral service I could not attend. They were able to accommodate my last minute request and delivery it without any hassle. I called at 2pm needed delivered to the service at 5pm. Excellent service, floral arrangement was beautiful. 10/10 definitely recommend.
