Granmarb, Inc. Quartz, Marble & Granite Countertops

This place Sucks , I work with home Depot a lot and we give them lots of free business, I have ordered a small counter top , Christina promised to have it ready in 2 days , 2 weeks passed , and she was blocking my calls , lying to me . Telling me that my order will ready in 2 more days ! This place suck ! She And her husband are liars !

Great experience from start to finish! I must have went to 15 granite yards trying to find a counter top to match my bathroom and Christina was the first one that really guided me and helped to solve my problem with new ideas. Within days measurements were done and in less than 2 weeks it was installed. Everything was very professional and I would highly recommend visiting GranMarb before running all over the place!

We ordered our Cambria counter top from GranMarb back in April 2024.
The counter top is beautiful and the install went perfect .
The reason for my rating now is that we’ve gotten some chips in the counter top and when we purchased it we had been told that Cambria guarantees the countertop for life.
So we went ahead and contacted Christina from GranMarb .
We actually placed quite a few calls into GranMarb and spoke to Christina 3 times .
We also left quite a few messages on the machine in between the phone convarsations and never received any calls back .
As of today, July 15th we’ve heard nothing back from them .
Our first contact to Christina to have the counter top repaired was June 25th.
The last time we spoke to Christina, she said she had emailed and contacted Cambria and had not heard back from them.
That was about two weeks ago.
So we decided to contact Cambria directly.
Within two days, we had the repair person from Cambria at our house, fixing the countertop chips.
They also told us that they have had no contact with Christina from GranMarb.
Which makes me feel that Christina from GranMarb never even tried to contact Cambria.
It does not put a good taste in my mouth, knowing that after we purchased the countertop and GranMarb was paid that they could care less about their customers .
Just so others know to be aware of how they treat their customers .

I’m so fortunate to have found Gran Marb!!! I’d gotten 2 high quotes from fabricators and investigated alternative providers. GranMarb was very highly rated online and for good reason! The owners are incredibly responsive, personable, knowledgeable & thorough. Christina recommended a list of places to shop for stone slabs. When I found what I wanted, she arranged for a senior sales rep at the yard to inspect the slabs to ensure high quality. Gio personally cuts all of the slabs, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I plan to recommend them to everyone I know!!!

We were planning to replace our stained marble bathroom vanity top with granite and we happened to stop here when we were in the area. They showed us a beautiful piece of quartz that matched our bathroom perfectly. The owners are a husband and wife team who went above and beyond our expectations. The price, the quality and the service were all superb. Go here and you’ll be so glad you did!!

Highly recommend Granmarb! In the showroom they were so patient with me and guided me to the right choice for my kitchen countertops. Installation ran smooth! Excellent all around.

We worked with Giovanni throughout the whole process from quartz selection to templating and design to installation. He was able to help trouble shoot an issue that happened and was great with communication throughout. Will
