Ryan at Futura came to house tonight at 10pm on a holiday weekend because we had an emergency leak in our basement. He diagnosed our problem, explained it to us so we could actually understand it. Didn’t ask for a penny for his time…extremely rare (we forced him to take some compensation but didn’t need to) 5 stars all around never calling anyone else
so glad i called them, he came over and fixed our shower faucet the same evening at a great price. highly recommended!!
