Eternal Memorials was used for My moms foot stone. I was dealing directly with Jessica the owners daughter. She handled everything from start to finish. What I liked about Jessica was her personality when I was griving she was very up limiting and calm with me and never pressured me to do anything. She worked with the deposits and payments and always kept me updated through out the entire process. She actually became a friend to me during this process.
