We recently had a new central AC system installed, and the entire experience was excellent. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. They completed the installation in a timely manner, kept everything clean, and took the time to explain the new system. We are now enjoying a cool and comfortable home, and the system is working perfectly. A+ for their quality workmanship and outstanding customer service!
I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this company. I had to replace my existing unit and I researched a lot of companies and brands. The owner Dennis stood out. I love that it’s a family-owned business and they have a great reputation. Dennis recommended a Daikin unit and after doing my own research, I was very comfortable going with that brand (I previously had never heard of it) and Dennis gave me a lot of good suggestions on features that I wanted (I wanted a quiet unit that was very efficient - really happy on both accounts). Joe did an exceptional job for us. 5 different companies came and gave us the run around and took our money.
Joe came and spent 3 hours looking at the air handler, thermostat, running to his truck and fixed the unit and we finally have our air conditioning back!
