Walked in afraid they only take appointments, but they took me in and they got my nails clean and prep for when the manicurist finished with the other client. She was very polite and friendly, followed my preferences regarding nail shape and some corrections I requested. I asked for specific chrome because I didn’t want my base color to change and she delivered!! Loved my nails so much. She proceeded to give me the tools used in a bag and asked me to bring it next time. She also gave me a massage at the end. Total paid $57 ❤️ you guys got a new client!

I want to express my huge gratitude to the master Chin for their professionalism and attention to detail! The atmosphere in the salon is very cozy, the staff is friendly, and the quality of work is top-notch. My manicure always lasts a long time, the shape is perfect, and the variety of colors is impressive.
I especially appreciate how carefully the technicians work and the high level of hygiene – you can really feel the care for clients. Every visit is a little celebration for both my nails and my mood! I will definitely come back and highly recommend this salon to everyone!

Spent $95 on nail and manicure.today. One tech did an ok job on my pedicure and the other did an acceptable job on my manicure. I guess I didn’t give a big enough tip because the tech who collected my money never said thanks and just left me sitting on chair with disposable slipper and paper between my toes even though my nails were dry. I had to dispose of slippers myself, a task which is always done by staff. As I left the salon I was completely ignored by all, including the manager. I won’t be going back.. No customer service skills.
