“We recently had 3-4" of water flooding our basement because of a hard storm and power outage. I contacted Carbon Restoration that night, gave John the broad strokes of the issues, and he gave me advice on what to do immediately and followed up early the next day. He and his crew took care of everything - ripping up the carpet, removing it from the basement, and getting rid of it; helping to bring items upstairs; drying out the floors and walls; disinfecting and cleaning the floors; and giving us support and help with the insurance representative. We would recommend Carbon Restoration to anyone dealing with water or other damage to their property.”

I was completely overwelmed with my situation/ home and this company was the only part that was easy . The guys sent out were knowledgeable, compassionate and caring as well. They answered all my questions and concerns. They showed up early every morning and worked efficiently . Reese , I have to mention as , he went above and beyond to get the job done . Reese was beyond understanding to my concerns and frustration. He did not hesitate to address ever request from taking pics of my area rug to removing the bags with wet items . Again, I just want to express my gratitude and thankfulness to this company. They are not just doing a services that they provide ,but going beyond it to make sure their customers feel heard, understood and confident that they are gonna get the job done .
