I've gotten two massages now from Shauni. I had therapeutic deep tissue massages. Truly the best massages I've ever had! She is responsive and kind and highly skilled. I was really surprised at how different and good I felt (and continue to feel) after her massages. She really knows her stuff. Highly recommend!!

Beth is an amazing massage therapist. She takes the time to hear about whats bothering you the most and then customizes your massage to help alleviate your pain. You will leave feeling amazing and relaxed every time.

The " team " at Wellness 360 has been a personal savior for me. The term Parkinson's was scary. However, Rock Steady Boxing has proven that sweating, pushing it to the limit, and commitment can help. All smiles do these young ladies provide; yet they work us hard so that we can easily see improvement and most importantly feel better. The Physical Therapy provided is serious, and yet compassionate and caring. The staff is very professional, and share their extreme knowledge without any " know- it- all" attitude. We offer Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy, and Specialized Fitness Classes. We pride ourselves on our one-on-one Physical Therapy (PT) treatments. Each treatment is designed based on the patient's diagnosis, goals, and lifestyle. Our team of Physical therapists uses evidence-based treatments to improve mobility, decrease pain, or manage disease progression. Our team specializes in neuro-physical Therapy, including the treatment of Parkinson's Disease, Post Stroke. We also offer Ortho PT, Pre and Post Surgery, and Chronic Pain. Our Massage Therapist specialize in medical massage, myofascial release, and deep tissue massage. Online scheduling is available. We also offer specialized group fitness classes for disease managment.
