Patti is exceptional! She is knowledgeable and extremely professional. She explains everything she is doing and the process of the hair removal. But beyond that, Patti is so kind and caring! She puts you at ease right from the beginning and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Silky Smooth!

Patti is leaps and bounds better than any other electrologist I have ever been to. She's precise and a seasoned expert in her specialty with deep knowledge of exactly what to do and what you can expect. I made more progress with Patti in my first 2 visits than I had with the previous spa/technician after 6 visits. I cannot possibly recommend her more. Her schedule is tight, but the quality of service and great results are worth the wait.
