We built our first and only custom home, a ranch with Redstone. They did a incredible job. They were extremely patient with us as we have never been through this before. We could not be happier in our new home and neighborhood. Highly recommend Redstone.

I could not be happier with my experience at Redstone. Being first time home builders my husband and I didn’t know too much about what we were doing. Steve made sure to guide us through what the best choices would be for us and our family every step of the way. Every time we had a question Steve and his wife Eileen were quick to respond and always professional. Aside from the great service, the quality of the work at Redstone is top of the line. Being that you can completely customize your own home (what you want you can get) makes every house different from one another, there is no cookie cutter here and we love that. Overall building with Redstone was a smooth and seamless process. We now have an incredible home to show for it and I thank Redstone for that!

The design and construction of our new custom home with Redstone has been an outstanding experience. Beginning with our initial meetings and all throughout the design, construction and closing, the Redstone team was committed to the highest quality results and made sure to follow through on every detail.This project was the second time for a custom build for us and were moving closer to the rest of our family from out-of-state. Because of the distance, we weren’t available to observe every single stage of the build but were confident that Steve and Eileen’s team would complete all of our changes and additional requests perfectly.Steve and Eileen also have assembled an excellent team of vendors. As our design took shape, we started with the privilege of working with the architectural firm that helped create the design we were looking for. The material vendors, such as stone, flooring, fixtures, lighting and plumbing, each helped us select products and materials in a very helpful and professional manner. As construction progressed, we were given progress reports and updates and kept informed during each stage.The important things to note in any review are quality, workmanship, attention to detail, and ease of the process. Redstone scores five-stars on every one of these categories. We shopped mostly all of the builders in the Webster, Penfield, Fairport area and learning about each one of them led us back to Redstone every time. Now we have a beautiful, well-made, comfortable new home to show for it thanks to the entire Redstone team.
