I've had my E46s serviced here for more than 7 years. I try to DIY repair when possible but occasionally get stuck. Ryan (the owner) and Redi imports don't give me any grief regarding bringing my own parts and installing them for me.
Recently, they changed the front control arms, bushings, and tie rods on my BMW 323i. I dropped the car off at the Webster location, but they had a delay, so they towed it to the Greece location (at no extra cost to me) and finished the job on time.
