Really feels like an optical place from the eighties. My issue is with the “take a number” nonsense. To pick up contacts, i have to take a number. Then i have to sit down and wait as the person does who knows what on the computer. After that i finally get to pay for them and leave. Why cant one of the 5 or so girls sitting at the counter just ring me out? Does it take s specialist to run a card?

I have been going to the Webster office for almost 15 years. The staff is professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The Dr's are the best around. I will never go elsewhere.

Dr Rucci has been my eye doctor since i was a kid (i am now 23). He has always taken great care of me and answered all of my questions. He is kind and patient. Their optician, Scott Davies is my favorite to see. He is resourceful and helpful. He always has an answer and a smile. I've never had a bad experience with this Webster office and the staff that work here.
