We were pleased. Liked that a person with technical knowledge answers the phone, communication was good, pricing competitive, and someone was able to come out promptly to address a problem that came up after the service call. Would definitely consider using again.

I had such a great experience with Napora Heating and Cooling. My AC wasn’t working right and they were able to come out quickly. The tech was super friendly, explained what was going on in a way I could actually understand, and didn’t try to push anything I didn’t need. They got everything fixed the same day and now my house is comfortable again. I really appreciated how professional and honest they were, definitely a company I’ll call again and recommend to friends and family.

Excellent customer service and willingness to do the work the right way. Uri installed our tankless water heater flawlessly. He stayed late to ensure it was done correctly. Would definitely hire them again for more complex work.
