“I've been going to Level Up's kickboxing class for adults for almost two years now. I love it! Each class feels different, and the instructors are so knowledgeable and sweet. The other folks in the class are friendly and welcoming as well. It's a good class for beginners and for those who have been kickboxing for a while. You can take it easy or push yourself, and I always come home with a new set of sore muscles. I highly recommend joining the class if you're looking for a fun workout routine.“

I trained in the striking class and, I was shocked at how young and knowledgeable his lead instructor was. If I'm ever in town again I would definitely head back.“
