I will first start with the sales person, Mark Stevens. He arrived on time, explained in detail the various options and took the time to write up three different options for us to consider. Mark was very easy going and we felt no pressure to make a decision. He was a role model of how sales people should conduct themselves.
The three technicians that arrived to install the new equipment were Matt, Eric and Dwain. They were amazing. They put on shoe coverings, laid down tarps from the entry door to the basement where the furnace was located.
