Apollo Roofing did total roof replacement on 7 homes in our Penfield neighborhood. Neighbors saw the quality workmanship, speed and courteousness of the crew. One after another neighbors checked their price and reviews and signed up. Far and away the best price. Owner supervises every job. Apollo replaced our roof a couple of years ago. They were reasonably priced and did a nice job. Truthfully, that’s not why I’m writing this review. During this past October’s heavy rains we had some water get in the house and leak through a first floor ceiling. Not knowing the cause, I reached out to Apollo. I called Apollo at 10am on a Sunday morning, expecting to leave a voicemail. Instead Rick, the owner, picked right up. I explained my issue and he was out at my house within an hour…to check on a roof he installed two years earlier! Turns out it wasn’t the roof at all. Some siding had pulled away from the house, letting the rain in. Rick caulked it up and never made any mention of a charge for his time. So, to summarize, I would strongly recommend Apollo. Their pricing and capabilities are certainly good…but their customer service is outstanding!Service: Roof installation

We had Apollo replace our roof a few years ago. Before starting, we showed them some areas of the roof where the original roofers did a very poor job (rainwater wasn't going into the gutters and, parts of the roofing where the wind kept blowing shingles off, etc.). They did a great job installing a new roof, as well as making sure they did not damage any of our plants around the house. The owner was there to oversee the job, and was always pleasant. They were all professional and the quality of the work is top-notch.
