They did such job with our Corgi. They were kind to her as she is quite timid and fearful. It was the first time she didn't tremble after her grooming. So happy that our girl had a good experience! Thank you Pony Express! ?

I been so busy I forgot to write my review. Were do I start . I brought my two babies Sadie Jean and Jethro Gibs to stay for 9 day's I was scared and sad that I was leaving my babies behind. Everyone there reassured me they will do great. Still I was so worried about them . I think I waited two day's before I called . And it was a big relief knowing they was loving it and doing great. When we came back to get them they was happy and look good. As we were saying our goodbyes. My little Sadie Jean ran back over to the lady and had to say goodbye to her. That made me feel good that Sadie Jean really was comfortable there. Thank you so much for taking good care of them....read full review

Pat was an absolute sweetheart. She was so kind, understanding, and generous. She helped me to get my cat cleaned up from mats and clipped her nails. She did a great job handling my kitty and was easy to get along with.
