I recently had twelve windows replaced by Window Town in Watertown, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. After a glowing recommendation from a friend, I was impressed by their team’s attentiveness during the initial inspection and their reasonable estimate. The product quality exceeded my expectations, but the professionalism of the crew truly stood out; they kept the job site spotless throughout the entire process and meticulously cleaned up afterward. They even took the time to ensure I was comfortable operating every new window before they left. I highly recommend Window Town for their incredible attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.

The whole process was seamless and Chase the installer was fantastic and did amazing work. The windows transformed the house. No question in my mind, I would refer them to anyone. Prices were more than reasonable. Chase was awesome!

The Window Town installer showed up on time and went straight to work. The job was completed in a timely manner. It was obvious that the installer knew what he was doing. The new windows look awesome. I could have not asked for a better job. I will definitely use these guys again when I need windows replaced. Vert satisfied.

Let’s start by saying that most companies/contractors sell a great pitch but don’t really come through with the goods at the end! This was definitely not the case with WindowTown of Watertown. In fact it was just the opposite….. we are thrilled with on new windows and 100% satisfied! The sales pitch was to the point and didn’t drag on for hours like other Big Name companies did. The quote was outstanding (other companies wanted me to take out a second mortgage) and we were even able to afford some nice upgrades and received some discounts. The Windows (all 12 of them) came in within the quoted timeframe of 6-8 weeks (actually just a little over 6 weeks)…. and if this wasn’t awesome enough so far just best was to come…. the install. The installer was absolutely the best, when I say my windows look great…. I mean transformed my home great! No mess in our home…. drop cloths used and completely vacuumed up and all waste taken out. Even trimmed my door to match the windows. We highly recommend WindowTown of Watertown…… great place to do business!

Fantastic service. We need all of our windows replaced and this crew did an excellent job, cleaned up nicely, got everything done well ahead of scheduled, and most importantly installed the windows the right way. They look great and work even better. Definitely would recommend if you're looking for new windows!

New window fit right in. Works nice and should last unlike the old one at 22 years, that was all rot. Sales was great and described acurately how it was going to be done. Installation was quick, nice finish and cleanup was Great. Great place to get your replacement windows. AAAAA seller
