Great company and Jeff is super communicative and helpful. Just bought a house in tug hill and wanted to get the septic pumped out for good measure. They were out there in 24 hours and had it taken care of. Jeff also gave me a detailed description of my tanks condition. Happy I found them! Thank you!
f I could give Pomerville's Septic Services 10 stars, I would! I’ve relied on them for two different houses now—first at our old place in Watertown Center, and most recently at our current home in Adams Center—and both times they have been absolute lifesavers during emergencies. Having a house full of girls definitely puts a huge burden on any septic system (lol!), but Jeff (the owner) and his team never missed a beat. Even in the wee hours of the night, their responsiveness was incredible, and they were prompt to save the day. Had basement pumped from sewage backup. Called on a Tuesday and they came first thing Wednesday. Great service, very kind, patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. I would recommend this service!
