The ladies remember me by name, go above and beyond on site or send them away when my glasses need repair or if I have questions. They are honest about colors and shapes of frames when I am looking for something new. Always a great experience 100% Highly Recommend!
I wasn't happy with my prior vision place and decided to make a change, I'm so happy I did.
I called and was able to get an appointment, when I showed up for the appointment I was met by friendly staff and did not have to wait. The whole process took less than an hour. Excellent experience with top notch customer service. This was the first time I ever had someone to help me pick out frames, Melina did a great job helping me. I highly recommend. Thank you so much for such a great experience.
My husband left Buffalo this morning and realized he forgot his contacts. Of course, the wife, knows how to correct this. I did a Google search for an eye dr in watertown. I struck gold with Perry Optical!!! They answered the phone on Saturday morning, I sent her a photo of what he wears. 29 minutes later he pulled in there and Michelle, the owner had them ready!!! Michelle was BEYOND helpful and courteous and went far beyond!!! If you need eye care in Watertown, I highly recommend you go to Perry Optical!! Thank you Michelle for saving the week!!
