After researching Real Estate companies in the Carthage, Watertown, and Fort Drum area, I found Marble Key Realty. From the time I reached out to Mr. Michael Ablan (November 2024) to Closing (January 2026), he and his staff were very helpful, kind, and always professional. I had owned over 40 wooded acres after retiring from the military in the early 2000’s. As time passed and our children grew older, I realized that we would not be relocating to the beautiful Town of Wilna (Carthage). So, we decided to sell the property.
