I was there on November 8th,2025 as a walk-in and Missy was who did my hair. After many attempts at different salons Missy totally understand how I wanted my hair done and she did a fabulous job. All the stylists/employees were friendly and very professional. I'll be going to there from now on to have Missy do my hair.?

I had got my hair done with one of the lovely ladies there and she did a fantastic job with my hair!! It’s the color I wanted and just a trim. I absolutely love it. She was very sweet and kind and answered all the question I had asked.

Update:::::: I don't believe in deleting reviews but I do believe in updates when they are warranted. I spoke with JC Penney customer service at the number they provided at which time they said someone would be in touch. I honestly didn't expect much to come of it. A couple of days later, I spoke with Sandy. A manager at the salon. She allowed me to speak and feel heard. She then offered to put me with a different stylist to attempt to fix what I left with.
